About this file
This document is a Statement of Work and Delivery Schedule for a potential Work Order Contract (WOC) between the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and a consultant firm for the Southwest Oregon 2024-2027 ADA Curb Ramp Design, Phase 1 project. The project is located on state highways in Myrtle Point, Bandon, Reedsport, and Gold Beach, within Coos and Curry Counties. The services required include professional design and related services for approximately 315 curb ramps and pedestrian-activated signals. The consultant will be responsible for completing the Conceptual Design, Design Acceptance Package, Advance Plans, and Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) for the project.
The estimated construction contract price for the project is $19,270,000. ODOT will review and provide comments on draft deliverables submitted by the consultant, who must then revise the deliverables to incorporate ODOT's comments. The consultant will be required to follow ODOT's standards, policies, and guidance documents, and to use ODOT-approved software. The WOC may be amended to add additional phases of work at ODOT's discretion upon completion of the initial Phase 1 services.
