About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Mini-Request for Proposal (Mini-RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the 2024-2027 ADA Curb Ramp Design, Phase I project. The project involves professional design services and related services for approximately 315 curb ramps located on state highways in Coos and Curry Counties. The Addendum corrects a typographical error in the numbering of Evaluation Item 4 - Quality Management, which is now renumbered as Evaluation Item 3 - Quality Management. The Addendum is an integral part of the Mini-RFP, and proposers must respond to any requirements of the Addendum.
The contract opportunity is open to ADA Full Service Price Agreement ("PA") Series Tier B firms. The Mini-RFP outlines the evaluation criteria, which include Quality Management, and provides instructions for requesting clarification, changes, and protesting the Addendum. The contract is expected to have a duration of 2024-2027.
