ESB Rosehill Decommission – Tower Removal
1. Are both ice bridges being removed or just the one listed on the SOW.
0. The instruction per the land owner is to remove all remnants of the tower itself. This only includes the modified ice bridge that is attached to the tower and shelter. The two post ice bridge will stay
1. Is power connected to the tower?

1. Will the grounding rods stay?
2. Yes, they can stay
1. Do you want the bolts that hold the tower to the foundation removed?
3. Yes, after further discussion, we would like the areas where the legs of the tower connect to the foundation ground down smooth to the surface of the foundation.
1. Is the antenna connected to anything in the shelter?
4. No, there is no longer any radio equipment or anything else that works with the tower. (Photo shows the coax and grounding cable are not connected to anything in the shelter, see attachment: Rose Hill Photos 230510)
