Pg. 1, line 9, of the solicitation indicates a due date and time of 3/19/2024 at 1500 ET. This is also stated on pg. 95 under Section 5.A of the Submission Requirements. On pg. 2, under column B, the solicitation states “Please submit your response by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on April 12, 2024.” Please confirm the submission date for the Response to the solicitation.

LEED v5 will be open for public comment at the end of March 2024, and is expected to be mandated for all projects by June 2025. Should teams assume that the project will be registered for LEED v4 (or v4.1) prior to the sunset date, or will Smithsonian consider pursuing LEED v5 due to the timing of the project?
NL The project has been registered under LEED v4.
