The contract is for two years, covering 110 business days per year (2 days per week for 52 weeks), totaling 220 billable days. Bidders are instructed to submit their bids based on a daily rate through the Edison system, with the option to mail bids if unable to submit electronically. TWRA will provide all supplies and equipment, while the contractor is responsible for providing labor and skills.

The previous contract was valued at $90.00 per day or $10,125.00 per year. The scope of work includes standard daily cleaning, with specific clarifications that deep cleaning, floor scrubbing, buffing, and waxing are not part of this contract. Mopping floors is included. The contract will be awarded to the respondent who meets all requirements and criteria at the lowest cost. Bidders seeking additional information about previous bid documents must submit a public records request with a copy of their driver's license to twra.recordreq@tn.gov. Invoicing will be done monthly, despite the daily rate basis of the contract.
