About this file
This document is a set of specifications for a five (5) year contract to provide Remediation Related Analytical Testing of environmental samples in various media types for the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) Division of Remediation-Oak Ridge (DoR-OR). The contract requires the bidder to have a Radioactive Material License, provide standard and expedited turnaround times, deliver Level IV Data Packages, use EPA-approved methodologies, provide Electronic Data Deliverables in a specified format, and supply sample bottle kits. The contract includes analysis of general inorganics, metals (ICP-MS and ICP-OES), and organics (semi-volatile and volatile) using EPA-approved methods for various environmental and biological media.
The estimated maximum liability for this contract may exceed one million dollars. The contract will be awarded to serve Anderson County in the state of Tennessee. Bidders must complete and submit the ITB Bid Sheet, a cover sheet defining Rad licenses, comments, and list of assumptions, a statement regarding the ability to return data in the specified EDD format, annual escalation rates, and a statement on percent increase in price for expedited turnaround time.
