About this file
This is a technical proposal submitted by LINEV Systems US, Inc. to the Utah Department of Corrections for the procurement of a CLEARPASS Full Body Security Scanner system. The proposal outlines delivery and installation of the advanced X-ray imaging equipment designed to detect concealed weapons, narcotics, and contraband items at correctional facilities. The CLEARPASS system utilizes artificial intelligence-powered algorithms and operates as a non-invasive screening solution that completes scans in approximately three seconds while subjects remain stationary. The proposal includes comprehensive operator and administrator training of up to eight hours covering radiation safety, system operations, image interpretation, and practical hands-on certification. LINEV Systems indicates the equipment will come with a complete factory warranty and flexible support options to ensure sustained operational effectiveness.
The proposal details an industry-leading service level agreement with tiered response times ranging from eight business hours for routine maintenance (P1-P3 levels) to 24/7 emergency support for critical system failures (P4-P5 levels). The standard warranty covers twelve months from the date of customer acceptance and includes replacement parts or repairs at no charge for defects in workmanship or materials, with LINEV providing standard shipping, insurance, and warranty-related labor costs. Optional features available include the DruGuard narcotics detection algorithm, A-EYE full body auto-detection algorithm, FDA-approved thermometer integration, barcode reader functionality, jail management system integration, and wheelchair accessibility ramps. LINEV Systems emphasizes its experience as a leading supplier of full body security screening systems installed in over 1,000 locations nationwide and used by 32 state departments of corrections and numerous county agencies.
