The price list serves as the base documentation for a sole-source contract award notice issued by the Navajo Area Indian Health Service to RedOne Medical Devices LLC, a veteran-owned small business, for a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) covering podiatric surgeon supplies. The NAICS code 339113 applies with an 800-employee small business size standard. The base period of performance is one year from award date, with the notice of intent to award dated prior to the February 1, 2026 response deadline at 5:00 PM MST. The contract is designated non-competitive, indicating RedOne Medical Devices LLC was determined to be the only organization uniquely qualified to prevent service interruption to direct patient care at the facility.
