The contract aims to maintain and improve the existing software platform, which requires customization to meet DHHS's specific requirements. Key services include monthly project meetings, knowledge transfer sessions, and comprehensive training for Policy Center and end-users across different stakeholder groups (NBS Distributor, Medical Facility, and Laboratory portal users).
The billing requirements stipulate that the Contractor will invoice DHHS at the beginning of each covered year for the amount specified in Attachment C, with invoices sent to uphlfinance@utah.gov. The change management process is structured through Change Requests (CRs) submitted via the customer portal, which must be reviewed and approved by both parties. The Contractor is responsible for investigating the impact of proposed changes on pricing and project schedules, with written authorization required before initiating any work related to change requests. Training will be delivered through onsite sessions for Policy Center users and webinar-based training for end-users, with up to three webinars per year for target stakeholders.
