About this file
This is a Solicitation of Qualifications document issued by Boulder County Procurement seeking to establish a short-list arrangement of qualified vendors for pest control services with the Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA). The solicitation aims to create a pre-qualified vendor roster to provide comprehensive pest control services for all residential and administrative properties managed by BCHA. The services focus on an integrated pest management approach emphasizing prevention, control, and education to maintain clean, healthy, and pest-free environments for residents, staff, and visitors. No specific response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, award dates, or contract term information is provided in this document.
The short-list arrangement operates on a project-by-project basis with no guaranteed work volume. For projects valued below $10,000, the County may assign work directly to any vendor on the short list based on project needs. For projects valued at $10,000 or greater, the County will solicit competitive quotes from all vendors on the short list and select a vendor based on timely submissions and pricing. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, and other financial details are not specified in this document; vendors are directed to review Paragraph 2 of the contract template for detailed terms and conditions governing the short-list arrangement. Interested parties with questions about the Boulder County procurement process should contact procurement@bouldercounty.gov.

Short-List Arrangement
This solicitation for qualifications seeks to create a “short list” of vendors under contract with the County; however, it does not guarantee work.
Vendors will be selected on a project-by-project basis. For projects less than $10,000, the County may assign work to any vendor on the shortlist based on project needs. For projects $10,000 and greater, the County will reach out to all vendors under contract on the short list and provide a deadline for vendors to provide a quote. The County will select a vendor based on the quotes timely provided.
Paragraph 2 of the contract template contains the specific language that contractor will agree to with respect to this “Short list” arrangement.
