About this file
This document contains a Lobbying Form & Disclosure (SNP Solicitation Form 3) from the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) School Nutrition Program, specifically a Standard Form-LLL for disclosing lobbying activities pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 1352. The form is designed to provide transparency about any efforts to influence federal actions related to contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements.
The form requires detailed reporting about the type of federal action, its current status, and specifics about the reporting entity, including whether it is a prime or sub-awardee. Notably, the document includes significant legal stipulations, such as potential civil penalties for failing to file the required disclosure, which range from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure. The form must be completed at the initiation or receipt of a covered federal action, or when there is a material change to a previous filing. The disclosure is considered a material representation of fact and will be reported to Congress semi-annually, making it available for public inspection.
