Summary of ASD12192025 Scope of Work
This is a Scope of Work document for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by Alpine School District (ASD) in Utah to procure Wireless Access Point (WAP) Licensing. The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified vendors to supply WAP licenses, with HP/Aruba identified as the preferred brand to align with the district's existing Aruba access point infrastructure, though equivalent alternative brands will be considered and evaluated for compatibility. All bids must be submitted by Friday, December 19th, 2025, at 2:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. The district reserves the right to make final determinations regarding product equivalence and compatibility with current equipment.
Vendors submitting proposals must provide their USAC-issued Service Provider ID Number (SPIN) as part of their bid submission. All equipment must be new; used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted. Vendors are required to participate in the E-Rate program and comply with all associated regulations, including timely filing of Service Provider Annual Certifications (SPAC). Bids must be submitted through UPPP-Bonfire (Utah Public Procurement Place, Bonfire), the state's centralized procurement platform. While Bonfire charges a fee for standard use, a free version is available to vendors. Any specific brand or equipment references in the solicitation materials are intended solely to establish minimum quality standards, and proposed items must meet or exceed the specified requirements.
