This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the NATO International Staff (IS) Procurement Service for the acquisition and delivery of broadcast cameras for the NATO Headquarters TV Studio in Brussels, Belgium. The RFQ seeks to replace existing studio cameras with a new professional camera setup, including 5 Sony HDC-3200/DF 4K/HD Portable Studio Camera heads, associated equipment, cabling, training, and installation. The solicitation is restricted to suppliers from NATO member states, with offers due by September 15, 2025. The total project is structured as a fixed-price contract with specific line items for equipment, including cameras, licenses, viewfinders, control units, and accessories, with a one-day training session to be provided by a certified Sony specialist. The procurement will follow a "lowest technically compliant offer" evaluation method, with a 60-day offer validity period. The contract includes a mandatory 3-year warranty covering parts and labor, with a 24-hour response commitment for any equipment malfunctions. The estimated project involves approximately €75,000-€100,000 in equipment and labor, with the successful bidder expected to provide a comprehensive solution compatible with the existing NATO broadcast infrastructure.
