About this file

This document is Addendum #1 for Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-07-553 issued by the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) for Service Uniforms. The addendum updates the procurement schedule, with key dates including a Second Pre-Proposal Meeting on September 15, 2025, written questions due by September 22, 2025, and both samples and proposals due on October 15, 2025, all at 5:00pm EST. The addendum also specifies that the vendor must supply all employee uniforms by March 16, 2026, with no exceptions permitted.

The addendum removes several sections related to Supplier Diversity, including information about Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and IPTC's diversity commitment. It clarifies that materials contained in proposals are subject to the Access to Public Records Act (APRA), and vendors are responsible for identifying any confidential information with the appropriate statutory exemption. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this addendum may result in disqualification of the proposer, and vendors must complete and return the Acknowledgment of Addenda Form with their submission.
