About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) in Georgia for interactive LED panels. The district is seeking 200 Promethean 75" ActivePanel 10 units with Chromebox OPS, including wall mount hardware, Google licenses, cables, and a 7-year warranty. Responses are due by October 30, 2025, at 4:00 PM EDT and must be submitted through the CCSD Euna (Bonfire) Portal. The project involves two delivery scenarios: standard delivery to 1010 Keeter Rd. Canton, GA, and delivery with mounting/installation at the new Cherokee High School (anticipated 160 units). Vendors are required to provide four total quotes covering two warranty option tiers.
The RFQ requires vendors to supply evidence of insurance coverage, agree to CCSD's Key Agreement, and adhere to delivery guidelines. Quotes must include the government contract used to secure pricing, and warranties must begin at the point of installation. The project is anticipated to span the next fiscal year and may involve multiple purchase orders. CCSD reserves the right to adjust quantities based on available funding and to reject all quotes. Interested vendors should direct any questions to Brian Blanton, Chief Information Officer, at brian.blanton@cherokeek12.net.
