About this file
This is a sample contract document for the State of Maryland related to fulfillment services. The contract outlines the terms and conditions under which a contractor will provide fulfillment services to the state. The scope of work includes the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials as specified by the contracting agency. The contract establishes a framework for service delivery with defined performance standards and reporting requirements. Key dates include a bid submission deadline of February 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The contract term and renewal options are to be determined based on the specific agreement negotiated between the state and the selected contractor.
The sample contract specifies pricing terms to be proposed by bidders in response to the solicitation. Amendment #1 removes payment bond requirements from the original contract language, reducing bonding obligations for the contractor. Amendment #2 formally establishes the due date and time for proposal submissions as February 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM, consistent with the eMMA information sheet. The document serves as a template for contractors to understand the contractual obligations, insurance requirements, and performance expectations they will assume upon award. Additional details regarding funding sources, set-asides, and specific pricing structures would be contained in the associated solicitation documents and statement of work.
