About this file

This document is a Delivery Schedule for Subsistence Procurement from FPC Alderson with Solicitation #15B10126Q00000007. The solicitation requires delivery of dairy products, including 35,000 half-pint containers of nonfat milk, 300 five-gallon milk dispenser containers, 100 containers of low-fat cottage cheese, and 80 containers of sour cream. Vendors must submit PDF quotes to Ashley Tabor via email by 8:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on November 24, 2025, with quotes remaining valid for 30 calendar days. Strict delivery requirements include temperature-controlled transportation (non-frozen foods between 34-41°F, frozen foods at 0°F or below), palletized deliveries, and mandatory pre-arranged delivery schedules between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST. The document emphasizes that failure to meet delivery schedules or product specifications will negatively impact the contractor's past performance record and potentially disqualify them from future government procurement opportunities.

Delivery and Acceptance Instructions:

• Upon award, the Food Service Warehouse must be contacted prior to delivery to approve or adjust the delivery schedule. Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced.

• Failure to deliver within the established timeframe will be considered non-conformance with the contract terms.

Delivery Requirements:

1. All items must be closely inspected before acceptance.

2. All deliveries must be palletized for ease of access.

3. Non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34°F and 41°F.

5. Frozen foods must be delivered at 0°F or below. Any product indicating prior thawing will be refused.

7. Receipt of delivery may be conditional for a period of three (3) days to allow adequate examination and testing.

8. Some items may require thawing and cooking to determine specification compliance.

9. Items that do not meet specifications will be refused.

10. If the product is not accepted, in accordance with FAR 52.212-4(a), the Government may require repair, replacement, or reperformance of nonconforming supplies or services at no increase in contract price.

11. Items found unacceptable after conditional receipt must be picked up at the vendor's expense within two (2) weeks of noncompliance notification.

12. If the product is not picked up within two (2) weeks, the product will be disposed of by warehouse staff.

Inspection and Acceptance:

Past Performance Considerations:

Failure to meet delivery schedules without an excusable delay, or failure to meet contract specifications, will negatively affect the contractor's past performance record.
