About this file
This document is a Pricing Sheet for Request for Proposal No. BPM006719, a Statewide Emergency Response Services and Solution contract issued by the State of Arizona. The proposal document is submitted by AMI Expeditionary Healthcare, LLC, detailing their pricing and capabilities for emergency response and medical services across various Arizona counties, including Cochise, Navajo, and Yuma Counties.
The pricing document outlines three potential emergency response scenarios with associated costs and project management fees. For Scenario #1, AMI proposes deploying a self-sustaining base camp capable of supporting 1,000 persons per day for 3 months in Whetstone, AZ, with a total project cost of $7,701,616 and a 10% project management fee. Scenarios #2 and #3 describe potential emergency deployments involving a Point of Dispensing (POD) facility with helicopter operations in Kayenta and a Temporary Support Center after a fire in Welton, though specific costs are not provided. The document emphasizes that the proposed pricing must be inclusive of all fees and charges, and is subject to independent review by the State of Arizona for reasonableness and best value.
