• Streamlining Intake Processing: Swift & efficient processing ensures access to our services for families & individuals in need.

• Prioritizing Individual Safety Screenings: Diligent individual screenings ensure the safety & security of shelter residents.

Data tracking is a key component of AMI’s operational support and is critical for our partners as they strategize comprehensive solutions. All our listed sheltering programs are funded through federal humanitarian relief programs. AMI provides data insights that:

• Conduct daily quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accurate reporting to County executives.

• Generate daily reports for State leadership about the population under AMI’s care.

• Incorporate additional questions and assessments required by the State’s desired inquiries.

• Develop timely and accurate ad hoc reports as needed.

• Ensure data integrity and security.

We interpret the results of our analysis to decide where there is room for change and improvement. Our team designed a customized data reporting system tailored to Pima County that addresses the inefficiencies of previous vendors and providers. This best practice model meets the needs of LPAS and the County’s requirements. We use this novel system to forecast our shelter management services such as laundry and meals based on data trends. This allows our team to create cost efficiencies wherever they are needed.

MA EOHHS: We collect and analyze data from shelter sites to support the efforts of MA policymakers.

We generate daily customized reports that are provided to EOHHS. These reports include detailed descriptions of census totals, intakes, exits, lengths of stay, medical needs, demographics, and historical data. This information helps policymakers understand the patterns of migration, where families come from, and how they exit the sites.
