About this file

This is a Public Notice of Intent to Award issued by the Ogden City School District in Utah for a dairy products supply contract. The District solicited proposals from qualified vendors to deliver dairy products for the Child Nutrition Program to nineteen school locations, with deliveries scheduled two to three times per week during the academic year and select deliveries during summer months. The RFP was designed to result in a single vendor award. The solicitation encouraged respondents to expand upon specifications to demonstrate service capabilities. Award notification has been issued, and the intended awardee information is available on the public supporting documentation site.

The awarded vendor must not commence work, purchase materials, or execute subcontracts until both the recipient and the Division of Purchasing have signed the contract or issued an executed purchase order, as receipt of this award notification does not constitute a binding contract. Vendors have seven days from the issuance of this notice to submit any written protests of the award decision to the Procurement Officer. The Division of Purchasing and General Services will contact the awarded vendor via phone or email regarding next steps in the contract execution process.
