About this file
This is a Scope of Work document for the State of Utah Department of Public Safety's Buccal Swab Collection Kits Invitation for Bid (IFB), issued through the State of Utah Division of Purchasing. The procurement seeks buccal swab collection kits as the primary deliverable, with the contract anticipated to result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The contract term is five years, with vendors required to guarantee their pricing for a minimum of one year from the contract award date.
Pricing terms require vendors to maintain guaranteed rates for the initial one-year period, after which pricing may be adjusted subject to contract provisions. The IFB does not specify item quantities, response deadlines, site visits, or bidders' conferences within the available documentation. No set-asides, incumbent information, or specific funding sources are detailed in this scope of work summary. Additional information regarding delivery schedules, performance standards, quality specifications, and renewal options would be contained within the complete IFB package and supporting contract documents.
