About this file
This document outlines vendor compliance requirements for the City of San Francisco, specifically detailing Items 3 and 4 of Attachment A-2 for contract eligibility. Proposers must complete a two-step registration process to become approved suppliers with the City. Step 1 requires bidder registration through the sfcitypartner.sfgov.org portal, and Step 2 mandates supplier conversion to approved status, with detailed guidance available through the City's support portal. The document emphasizes that proposers should initiate compliance immediately upon responding to the RFP or no later than receipt of the notice of intent to award from the Department. Additionally, all vendors must register for a Business Tax License through the San Francisco Treasurer's office.
The compliance requirements outlined in this attachment serve as prerequisites for contract execution with the City of San Francisco. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information is provided in this document. Bidders are strongly encouraged to begin the registration and approval process at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays in contract execution following award notification.
