About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for on-call Claims and CPM Scheduling Support services. The RFQ was originally scheduled to be posted on July 5, 2024, with Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) due on August 6, 2024. This Addendum revises the information in the RFQ Notice, Section I. General Information, Item F., to reflect that negotiations with the top-ranked firm will be held by teleconference/WebEx during the week of August 26, 2024. The contract will have a fee for profit of 10.2% and an escalation schedule over the four-year term.
The estimated contract value is between $1,920,000 and $2,450,000, with a 22% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal participation required. The contract term is three years, and the work will be performed within the limits of Caltrans District 10, with specific locations identified in each Task Order. Caltrans does not have a plan holders list or a way to identify companies that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes, so it is the responsibility of the consultants/subcontractors/vendors to identify potential teams.
