About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for on-call Claims and CPM Scheduling Support services. The addendum clarifies the minimum five (5) years of relevant experience required for the Consultant Contract Manager, specifying that this experience must be performing the duties of a Consultant Contract Manager leading a team of Architecture & Engineering (A&E) firms for similar services. It also provides information regarding Executive Order N-12-12, which requires the inclusion of a GenAI Disclosure & Factsheet with all Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) submitted, as the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence may impact the contract.
The contract is estimated to be valued between $1,920,000 and $2,450,000 and have a term of three (3) years. A 22% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal participation is required. Addendum 2 revises the RFQ advertisement date to July 5, 2024, and the SOQ submittal date to August 6, 2024.
