About this file

This document is an Evaluation Criteria document from Boulder County Procurement, located at 1325 Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado. The document outlines the proposal review and selection process for an unspecified procurement opportunity. A selection committee will evaluate vendor proposals using a scoring matrix that weighs Service Capability & Responsiveness at 50 points, Compliance & Testing Protocols at 25 points, and Qualifications & Experience at 25 points, for a total of 100 possible points.

The evaluation process allows the county flexibility in its selection, with the committee potentially requesting additional information from vendors or conducting interviews. The criteria suggest a comprehensive review approach that considers not just the submitted proposal, but also the vendor's service capabilities, compliance protocols, and overall experience. The county reserves the right to consider "any other relevant and appropriate factors" in its final evaluation and selection, indicating a holistic assessment of potential vendors beyond the specified scoring categories.
