About this file

This file is a fillable catalog bid required forms template for the SCUCISD (South Central Union Consolidated Independent School District) in Texas, serving as the primary bidding document for Solicitation 26-012S, an Application Software & Services procurement. The district is seeking sealed proposals from multiple vendors to provide software and services on an as-needed basis under five-year vendor contracts with no minimum guaranteed quantities or dollar amounts. The solicitation permits incremental proposal submissions and openings until a specified end date at 2:00 PM local time, with initial opening held on a designated date. Vendors currently holding active awarded contracts under the related RFP are exempt from resubmission and should contact the Purchasing Office for confirmation.

The awarded contracts will include pre-established terms and conditions with percentage discounts off catalog, shelf, or retail pricing for materials, as well as fixed rates for services such as instrument repairs, workshops, and consulting. Vendors unable to provide a single discount percentage may submit variable discounts or note "call for price quote" on the bid submittal sheet. The pricing structure will encompass shipping and handling charges or fees where applicable. This procurement is designed to establish a vendor list for campus and department customers with predetermined commercial terms, enabling efficient purchasing without individual solicitations for each transaction.
