This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Vineyard City, Utah for the supply and delivery of beneficial bacterial products for wastewater treatment. The city is seeking a contractor to provide up to 70 drums (350 gallons) of BioTifx or equivalent bacterial consortium over 12 months, with the primary goal of reducing odors, mitigating grease, and lowering hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) in their sewer system. The RFP was issued on September 2, 2025, with questions due by September 6, proposals due by September 10 at 3 PM MST, and an anticipated award date of September 12, 2025. The initial contract term is 12 months, with an option to renew for up to four additional years at mutual agreement.

Delivery locations include Lift Station 2 and the Public Works Building, both located at 273 and 262 West 1600 North in Vineyard, respectively. The product must be a concentrated liquid microbial consortium capable of digesting fats, oils, and grease, reducing sludge, controlling odors, and mitigating H₂S. Contractors are required to provide pricing for the product, delivery, on-site dosing assistance, and staff training, with payment terms of net 30 days upon invoice and delivery confirmation.
