About this file

This is a Price Schedule attachment for Solicitation No. ITB 25-0021 issued by Beaverton K-12 School District for foodservice equipment procurement. The solicitation seeks 345 total pieces of equipment suitable for elementary and secondary school applications, including five-foot and six-foot low and standard height food bars, five-foot and six-foot work tables, tray rails, food bar end tables, and point-of-sale carts. All equipment must be constructed of sturdy molded plastic and metal with rounded corners, curved support columns, and contemporary commercial design. Equipment must be easily movable through standard single doors without disassembly and must come from the same manufacturer and product line to ensure aesthetic continuity throughout the district. The specified items reference Cambro's Versa line of foodservice equipment, though prospective bidders may request approved substitutions of equal products in writing prior to the stated submission deadline by emailing contracts@beaverton.k12.or.us.

Bidders must submit pricing for each line item, with the price per unit inclusive of shipping, delivery, and assembly costs. The extended cost for each item will be calculated by multiplying the unit price by the quantity required, with the contract award based on the total extended cost across all items. Bidders are explicitly prohibited from altering any information or values on the price schedule, as alterations may render the bid non-responsive and result in disqualification. Any requests for product substitutions must be submitted in writing prior to the bid deadline, and only approved substitutions should be listed in the "Offered item if different from specified item" column.
