About this file
This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) amendment to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 29FTC125R0001 for a Social Media Ad Monitoring Platform contract with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
The Q&A addresses several questions related to this contract opportunity, including whether there is an incumbent contractor, if amendments to the RFQ need to be acknowledged, clarification on the proposal submission deadline extension, and details on the evaluation criteria, contract terms, and subcontracting requirements. The RFQ is for a new contract to provide digital marketing research and a social media ad monitoring platform to the FTC. The proposal was originally due on May 31, 2024, but was extended to July 19, 2024. The Q&A confirms that virtual training for FTC staff is acceptable, and that all requirements are detailed in the RFQ. Subcontracting is permitted but has certain restrictions per the FAR clause.
