About this file

This document is Addendum #2 for Bid No. 274-2025-17-DN issued by the City of Raleigh, North Carolina on 3/6/2025 for an Ice Delivery contract. The addendum clarifies specific requirements for the bid, including specifications for ice chests and ice bag sizes. Bidders are required to provide two-door ice chests with standard 120v power at delivery locations, with the awarded supplier responsible for supplying the ice chests. The addendum maintains the original bid specifications for 7 lb. and 10 lb. ice bags, rejecting proposals for alternative bag sizes or trailer stations.

The document provides a question and answer section addressing four key inquiries from potential bidders, specifically detailing the City of Raleigh's expectations for ice delivery infrastructure. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and submitting it with their bid response, with failure to do so risking bid rejection. The procurement contact for inquiries is Dean Nunnally, Procurement Analyst, and the procurement supervisor is Ellis Vaughan. The addendum serves to modify and supersede any conflicting requirements in the original bid documents, ensuring clear communication of the city's requirements for the ice delivery contract.
