About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide live open and closed captioning services to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC requires these services for various events, including open agenda meetings, press conferences, public workshops, and training programs, which occur approximately 200 times per year across the United States.
The BPA will be a multiple award, with the two lowest price, technically acceptable vendors receiving awards. Vendors must provide quotes that comply with the stated requirements, including providing qualified personnel, maintaining high quality and accuracy standards, and adhering to the specified terms and conditions. The BPA has a total potential value of $150,000 over five years, with an annual ceiling of $30,000. Quotes are due by April 22, 2024, and the BPA will be awarded to the two lowest priced, technically acceptable vendors.

The embedded player must also contain a "pop out" link that displays the live captions full-screen in a new browser window.
Captioners are required to e-mail their captured text files to the specified FCC personnel within two
