About this file
This document is a Proposal Checklist designed as an optional aid for offerors responding to a Request for Proposals (RFP).
The checklist guides offerors through three primary submission requirements. First, it confirms preparation of three separate volumes: Volume 1 (Technical), Volume 2 (Past Performance), and Volume 3 (Price). Second, it verifies that Volume 1 includes all requested technical documentation, specifically an Inspection Plan and Shop Traveler, Quality System and Quality Control Process Documentation, Accreditation Documentation, and a proposed delivery schedule. Third, it ensures completion of all RFP fill-ins, including the completed first page of the RFP, Section B pricing, and all applicable fill-in clauses throughout the RFP document. The checklist is explicitly optional and not required for submission; it serves solely as a suggested self-assessment tool to help offerors ensure completeness of their proposal packages as outlined in Sections L and M of the parent RFP document.
