About this file
This document is a clauses and provisions file for Air Force contract FA252126QB073, containing both incorporated-by-reference clauses and full-text clauses applicable to the underlying solicitation.
The document primarily comprises standard FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) clauses with effective dates ranging from 1984 to February 2026. Key clauses address representations and certifications requirements including debarment status (52.209-5), inverted domestic corporation status (52.209-2), and delinquent tax liability (52.209-11). Payment and invoicing procedures are detailed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system (252.232-7006), with specific document type requirements for cost vouchers, invoices, and receiving reports. The contract incorporates restrictions on covered defense telecommunications equipment (252.204-7017 and 252.204-7018), conflict-of-interest mitigation requirements for consulting services with foreign entities (252.209-7012), and Buy American/Balance of Payments Program certifications (252.225-7000). Additional provisions cover service contract labor standards, small business subcontracting, security prohibitions, anti-terrorism training, and environmental compliance. The document includes provisions for incremental funding with a Limitation of Government's Obligation clause (252.232-7007) and options to extend services and contract terms. Multiple deviations from standard FAR provisions are indicated throughout, with deviation numbers referenced (primarily 2026-O0038 and 2026-O0040). This is a template document establishing the contractual framework and compliance requirements rather than specifying particular products or services to be procured.
