Only genuine CAMFIL products with exact model and media/part numbers are acceptable; no equivalent or substitute products will be accepted. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed-Price award with all costs for procurement, labor, materials, packaging, export preparation, and domestic transportation included in the price. The contractor's responsibility ends upon delivery and acceptance at the designated U.S. port; the Government handles international transportation, customs clearance, and final Embassy delivery. The contractor must provide detailed shipping documentation, CAMFIL product data sheets, and certificates of conformance prior to delivery. All products are warranted for 12 months from Government acceptance and must meet specified performance standards including MERV ratings, pressure drop requirements, energy efficiency metrics, and construction specifications detailed in the SOW. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) from the U.S. Embassy Facilities Management Office will oversee all coordination and approval activities.
