About this file

This document is an Exhibit B Price Schedule for Connecticut's Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) solicitation 26PSX0194 for a Fisheries Electrofishing Vessel. The price schedule requires bidders to provide an eighteen-foot boat with integrated or separate components including a trailer, pulsator and electrofishing equipment, generator, outboard motor, electric starting system, and power trim and tilt system. Bidders must enter manufacturer and model numbers for each component and indicate "Integrated" where applicable, referencing the outboard motor model number. The total bid amount represents the sum of all seven required line items, with the contract award proceeding to the lowest responsible and qualified bidder. All pricing must include required equipment, delivery, and other charges necessary to provide a complete operational system; bidders should enter $0.00 for any item included in another line at no additional cost. The price schedule must be completed in the provided Excel spreadsheet format, saved to a computer, and uploaded to the solicitation portal.

Pricing for the boat, trailer, pulsator and electrofishing equipment, generator, outboard motor, electric starting system, and power trim and tilt system shall remain firm and fixed for the entire contract term with no adjustments permitted. The price schedule includes a prompt payment discount field and line items for OEM parts discount (expressed as a percentage off manufacturer's suggested retail price) and maintenance, support, and repair services (priced per hour, excluding warranty work). Price adjustments for maintenance, support, and repair services only may be requested during thirty-day windows before each annual contract anniversary, based on changes in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Producer Price Index WPU5531 for Ship Repair and Maintenance. Any approved increase is limited to the lesser of the actual index increase or three percent, subject to DAS discretionary approval. The document provides detailed instructions for calculating potential price adjustments using published PPI values from matching months one year apart.
