About this file

This is a bid template and master agreement for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education soliciting vendors to deliver American Sign Language interpreter training courses for certified professionals supporting school-family interactions in educational settings. The department seeks qualified vendors to employ department-approved instructors and utilize provided syllabi and training materials for course delivery. Responses must be submitted through the COMMBUYS website by December 31, 2029, at 12:00 PM ET, as this is a rolling enrollment departmental master agreement accepting bids on an ongoing basis from the posting date through the final open date. The contract will have an initial term from the approval date through June 30, 2031, with no renewal options specified. No pre-bid conference is scheduled; however, bidders may submit inquiries on a rolling basis to breanna.higgins@mass.gov with the alternate ID 26MAOSTBH1 in the subject line, with responses posted on COMMBUYS.

This procurement carries no cost to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, as participating districts and schools will pay vendors directly for services under their own procurement policies and procedures. Funding will be provided by individual districts and schools utilizing the master agreement, with no departmental appropriation required.
