About this file

This is an Addendum I Attachment B document for Section IV related to a Task Order Contract for Nuisance Testing, Abatement & Controlled Demolition Services issued by the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, in partnership with the Housing and Community Development Department. The contract solicitation seeks competitive proposals from responsible vendors to provide asbestos and lead testing, nuisance abatement, controlled demolition services, soil clearance testing, and support for the CDBG Voluntary Demolition program. The initial contract term is one year, with four optional one-year renewal periods available if mutually agreed upon by all parties. This addendum serves to provide clarification or modifications to the original solicitation documents and bid specifications outlined in Section IV.

The addendum document provides essential updates or corrections to the technical specifications, requirements, or evaluation criteria contained in the original solicitation. As an addendum, it supersedes any conflicting language in the initial bid documents and should be reviewed in conjunction with all other contract exhibits and attachments. Vendors responding to this opportunity must acknowledge receipt and understanding of this addendum as part of their proposal submission to ensure compliance with the current contract requirements.
