The Contractor shall coordinate all work affecting production electrical systems through Jackson County's change-management process. No changes shall occur without prior County approval. Any material deviation from the approved design must be documented and approved by the County and Engineer before proceeding. The Contractor shall immediately notify the County of any condition that could affect electrical safety, system reliability, generator compatibility, UPS capacity or runtime, electrical coordination, maintenance bypass operation, data center availability, project cost, or schedule.
