About this file

This supplemental qualifications document pertains to the South Marco Beach Renourishment 2027 project, a grant-funded construction procurement issued by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division in conjunction with the Coast Zone Management and Transportation Engineering Division in Florida. The document establishes additional qualification requirements that vendors must meet to be considered for this beach renourishment project. While specific project scope details, timelines, and bidding procedures are referenced in conjunction with the main invitation to bid, this supplemental document focuses on establishing the technical and professional credentials necessary for contractor eligibility.

The supplemental qualifications document specifies enhanced requirements beyond standard bid submissions, likely addressing contractor experience, licensing, bonding, and project-specific capabilities relevant to coastal engineering and beach renourishment work. As this is a grant-funded project, vendors must demonstrate compliance with all federal and state funding requirements associated with the grant. Qualified contractors must provide evidence of relevant project experience, appropriate professional licenses, insurance requirements, and bonding capacity sufficient to undertake the renourishment work as outlined in the main procurement documents.
