The platform procurement seeks qualified vendors to provide implementation and ongoing support of a comprehensive wellness engagement system to administer the County's employee wellness program across all Constitutional agencies, with functionality to track insurance qualifying preventive screenings, laboratory work, biometrics, wellness education, and employee health reimbursement account activities generating up to $300 annually in Healthy Bucks for participating insured employees.

Proposers must maintain workers' compensation coverage per Florida Statutes Chapter 440, commercial general liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence with $2,000,000 aggregate, automobile liability of $500,000 per occurrence, and cyber liability coverage, with Collier County named as additional insured. A bid bond equal to 5% of the cost proposal must be submitted with proposals. For contracts exceeding $200,000, proposers must provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract award amount, underwritten by sureties rated A- or better by A.M. Best Company. Certificates of insurance must identify the contract number, specify Collier County Board of County Commissioners at 3295 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 as certificate holder, and include 30 days cancellation notice.
