Sealed bids are due no later than May 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Collier County Procurement Services Conference Room A. A site visit prior to bidding is strongly recommended, particularly for contractors bidding on the bid alternates.

The contractor must deploy multiple crews working concurrently and schedule work during weekends, evenings, and outside standard working hours as necessary to meet the required completion date, which coincides with a planned shutdown and renovation of the adjacent Naples Grande Hotel. The contractor must maintain the ability to halt work within 25 calendar days of notification and turn over the facility for use, with liquidated damages tied to this timeframe.
