About this file

This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) advertisement issued by the Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) in Kentucky for Parking and Revenue Control System (PRCS) Maintenance services. The solicitation seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive maintenance services for the airport's parking and revenue control infrastructure. The ITB specifies detailed requirements for system maintenance, repair, and support to ensure continuous operational functionality of the PRCS equipment and software. Interested bidders were required to submit sealed bids by the stated deadline, with the KCAB reserving the right to conduct site visits and hold a bidders' conference to clarify scope requirements and answer technical questions from potential vendors prior to proposal submission.

The KCAB will evaluate bids based on pricing competitiveness, vendor qualifications, maintenance service level commitments, and system performance guarantees. The contract term and renewal options, along with specific pricing structures and payment terms, are detailed within the ITB documents. Preference may be given to incumbents demonstrating satisfactory performance on existing PRCS maintenance contracts, though all qualified bidders meeting the technical and financial requirements are encouraged to submit proposals. This maintenance contract is essential to airport operations and supports the KCAB's objective of maintaining reliable parking and revenue management systems for airport users and stakeholders.
