About this file

This file is a pre-proposal meeting notice for the Florida state procurement involving three contract solicitations: 26-016, 26-018, and 26-026 for Electrical Instrumentation & Telemetry Continuation Engineering Services. The pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM on June 5, 2026. This meeting represents an opportunity for prospective bidders to gain clarification on the scope of work, project requirements, and technical specifications related to the continuation of electrical instrumentation and telemetry engineering services. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and better understand the deliverables and performance standards expected under these contracts. The meeting serves as a critical forum for interested vendors to clarify any ambiguities in the solicitation documents before submitting their proposals.

The specific details regarding proposal due dates, contract award timeline, contract term and renewal options, pricing structures, any small business or minority-owned business set-asides, incumbent contractor information, funding sources, and contract values are not detailed in this pre-proposal meeting notice document. Prospective bidders should refer to the complete solicitation documents (including scopes of work and project descriptions) for comprehensive information on pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, and all contractual terms and conditions associated with solicitations 26-016, 26-018, and 26-026.
