About this file
This document is a detailed plan for the 2025 overhaul of the 31' Survey Vessel Reconnaissance, issued by the Philadelphia District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) under Solicitation Number W912BU25QA015. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside (NAICS Code 336611) seeking a contractor to perform comprehensive drydocking and repair services, including engineering, design, labor, equipment, parts, and materials necessary for vessel recertification. The government plans to deliver the vessel to the contractor's facility between July 1 and August 1, 2025, with a 30-calendar day performance period following delivery. Quotes must be emailed to Domenic Sestito and Matthew Rhoads, include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity Identification number, and contractors must be registered and active in SAM.gov. Award will be made to the lowest quote meeting technical requirements, with a mileage surcharge evaluation factor considered in the selection process.
