Description/Specifications/Statement of Work
Requirements The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is requiring a cloud-based, vendor-hosted SAF solution for the 62 schools that currently have accounts. For our schools in Europe and the Pacific, the proposed solution must handle both the US and local foreign currency (i.e., Euro, Yen, Won, or Pound). The Government anticipates issuing a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the Offeror quote that represents the best value to the Government. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures), utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach as outlined in solicitation. In addition, any potential awardee will need to be deemed responsible in accordance with requirements of FAR Part 9. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
