About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for AP Science Instructional Resources issued by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). The agency plans to award one Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for digital resources supporting College Board standards for AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Environmental Science, AP Physics 1 & 2, and AP Physics C courses.
The RFQ requires vendors to provide student bundles, teacher bundles, above-school-level staff access, product training, leadership asynchronous webinars, and teacher synchronous webinars for each AP course. The period of performance is July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030. Quotes are due by Block 8 of the SF1449 (date not specified in excerpt), with questions due by December 12, 2024 at 3:00PM EST. The evaluation will be based on three factors: Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price, with technical factors being more important than price. The contract has a minimum guaranteed value of $10,000. Vendors must submit quotes in four volumes: Administrative, Technical (25-page limit), Past Performance (3-5 references), and Price. Digital access for 14 DoDEA reviewers is required without collecting personally identifiable information.
