About this file
This document is a State of California Darfur Contracting Act Certification form for solicitation 25FS0030, which applies to companies that have conducted business activities outside of the United States within the previous three years. The form requires companies with international business operations to certify their status as either a) not a scrutinized company, or b) a scrutinized company that has obtained permission from the Department of General Services (DGS) to submit a proposal.
The certification process involves two options: Option #1 requires companies to certify under penalty of perjury that they are not a scrutinized company, while Option #2 allows scrutinized companies to provide written permission from DGS demonstrating they have been granted approval to bid on a state contract. Companies with no international business activities in the past three years are not required to complete the form. The document provides blank fields for company name, Federal ID Number, authorized signature, printed name, and title to facilitate the certification process.
