About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation/Modification of Contract W9124M25QA0040001 for scales maintenance and repair services at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The amendment modifies several key aspects of the original solicitation, including changing the response due date from 14 April 2025 to 21 May 2025, shifting the period of performance dates for various contract line items, and updating the description of demand maintenance order requirements.
Specific changes include extending the time for emergency repairs from 2 to 3 hours without prior approval, modifying the contract's size standard to $34,000,000, and maintaining a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation covers preventive maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and certification of transportation scales, supporting facilities maintenance and base operations support services. The contract will be awarded through the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Stewart, with technical submissions requiring technician certifications, current calibration certificates, and compliance with Georgia state and federal regulatory requirements.
