This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation 6973GH-25-R-00078 for corrosion control work at the Atlanta Air Route Traffic Control Center, issued by the FAA Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City. The amendment makes several key changes: 1) assigns a new buyer (Samantha Pearce), 2) extends the proposal due date from February 28, 2025 to March 14, 2025 at 1700 CT, 3) reduces the period of performance from 30 days to 15 days after Notice to Proceed, and 4) removes AMS Clause 3.3.2-1 FAA Cost Principles.
The solicitation is for a firm-fixed price contract under NAICS code 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M in annual receipts. An optional site visit is available at 299 Woolsey Road Hampton, GA 30228 with 2 days advance notice required. Questions must be submitted in writing one week before the proposal due date. The FAA intends to award to the lowest price, responsible offeror. Offerors must submit two Experience Information forms for projects valued over $30,000 completed within the last three years.
