About this file
This is a Schedule B Pricing document for Request for Proposal No. 250000003137 issued by the Michigan Department of Veterans Affairs (DMVA) for exhaust degreasing services at multiple state facilities. The contract encompasses degreasing and maintenance services for kitchen exhaust systems across five primary locations: Fort Custer in Augusta, Battle Creek Army National Guard (BCANGB) in Battle Creek, Jackson Field Regional Center (JFRC) in Lansing, and Jackson Field Headquarters (JFHQ) in Lansing. Services are required at Fort Custer facilities (Buildings 2900, 3100, 2502, 2602, 2620, 2708, 2714, and 2200) with semi-annual and annual service frequencies depending on the facility. Additional services are needed at BCANGB (Buildings 6930 and 6954) and JFRC and JFHQ buildings on an annual basis. Camp Grayling and Alpena Combat Readiness Center (CG and ACRTC) pricing is provided on a separate spreadsheet. The equipment includes various CaptiveAir water wash hood systems, AVTECH water wash canopies, dishwasher exhaust systems, and associated ductwork and rooftop fans across all facilities.
Contractors must submit pricing in a modifiable format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with an optional non-modifiable PDF submission. All pricing must include one-time setup charges, fees, shipping and handling, per-piece pricing, and any other potential costs the contractor may charge the State. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment discount terms and must specify the percentage discount and number of days for payment. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in proposal disqualification. Contractors certify that prices were developed independently without consultation or agreement with other contractors.
